• Eimio villa is oriented towards a quiet family holiday. Eimio villa is not rented for noisy parties.
• The prices are fixed individually according to the agreements between owners and clients.
• Approximate prices are not applied during special events, New Year!
• Breakfast – 5 € per person (we offer breakfast only during off-season from September 1 till May 31).
• Check-in time – from 15:00, check-out time – till 12:00.
• Rooms are cleaned in convenient time for guests (by request).
• Booking Mini Villa house, 30-50% advance payment is required.
• Other sum is paid on arrival.
• Free cancellation – 4 weeks before the start of the booked stay.

• The order starts to operate from the date of reception of advance payment and from notification of the order reservation to the customer.
